1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TweetBear's website, Chrome extension, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Use License & Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, TweetBear grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for your personal or business use.

2.1 Restrictions

You agree not to:

Modify, copy, or create derivative works of our software or Services
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Use the Services for any illegal purposes or malicious activities
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services
Use our Services in any way that violates Twitter's Terms of Service
Sell, resell, or lease access to our Services

2.2 API Usage & Rate Limits

You agree to comply with our API rate limits and usage guidelines. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time to ensure service stability.

3. Account Terms

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 13 years old
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly notify us of any security breaches
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or lifetime basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription plan you choose.

4.2 Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have used fewer than 30 AI credits. Due to the nature of our AI credit system and associated costs, we cannot offer refunds after this period or if you've exceeded 30 credits. All sales are final and non-transferable, with no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. You will be notified of any price changes before they affect your subscription.

5. Service Modifications

TweetBear reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect service usage.

We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by TweetBear and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve our Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TweetBear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use our Services
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our Services

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TweetBear and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Terms of Service
